Stalos is 7 km West of the city of Chania and just a short distance from the most famous beaches of the prefecture, such as Balos and Elafonissi.

The area is divided into two sections, in Pano and Kato Stalos, and is characterized by its seaside with sandy beaches, and by its picturesque village with the green olive groves. The beach of Stalos is ideal for families with children or for those who love to exercise in the sea as it is well organized and provides high quality tourist services.
